In Georgia? Who would’ve thunk it? It actually stayed on the ground for a full 24 hours. And, of course, the schools were shut down for a week…
I dunno where we found the mittens… I think they were being used as potholders…
Time to find a makeshift sled:

After a cautious first run, and tons of giggles from Bailey, it was time to try and generate some speed…
It wouldn’t be Christmas if Bailey didn’t get to open more gifts with Great Grandparents:
and help Aunt GiGi with her presents…
and spend time with her favorite Great Uncle, Uncle Tom…
For those of you who hadn’t heard, Aunt GiGi’s husband Tom passed away recently. At 67 years young, his passing was certainly unexpected and a shock. He is greatly missed — Bailey still asks about him and when she’ll see him next. 🙁
Christmas morning was a flurry of activity.
I think I got to the camera too late, as Bailey had already ripped open most of her gifts and was giving them a test run.
