OK… I know it’s been over a month since posting to the blog, but I’m a slacker… I’m also very good with excuses… so here goes…
Most of you know Amy’s been a bit under the weather as of late. Let’s see… after Bailey’s birth (in the last four months), Amy’s had a breast infection, a fractured foot, melanoma discovered and removed (with a nice scar), severe post-partum anxiety (read Brooke Shields’ latest book and you’ll get the idea), and as of the last 48 hours… a blood clot in her leg.
Yep, she’s falling apart… and now on more drugs than you can throw a book at. I’ve told her if she doesn’t start getting better, I’ll have to trade her in for a newer model. However, my health isn’t the best right now either.
Between the 3 of us (Amy, Bailey, & Myself) we have multiple doctor’s visits every week, which means I’m behind on everything… including blog posts and image taking.
To be honest, I think Amy & I are just waiting for this year to be over so we can start all over from scratch. However, Amy’s doing much better now. In the evenings, she’s almost back to her normal self… the mornings, well… that’s a different story. But thanks to all the family members and friends who have helped out (there’s too many names to mention)!!!
Regardless, here’s a shot of the Booger at around 12 weeks. She smiles all the time, and is the only family member that seems to be in great health. I can never seem to get any shots of her in action… this was my first attempt:
